Clean room, peaceful atmosphere, we enjoyed the large Queen Room with plenty of windows and the free Wi-Fi that made it easy to plan our shopping trip.

The Colony Inn offers charming rooms and a pleasant atmosphere with historic decor. However, the service is minimal since check-in occurs at a different location and the staff is only present for cleaning. While the bathroom felt updated, the carpets in some areas showed wear and could use an upgrade.

we really enjoyed our stay at colony inn! the queen room was spacious and very clean. we loved the main floor sitting area filled with historic and vintage items. the housekeeping staff was delightful and made our stay even better. plus, it’s close to some neat historic spots!

We explored some amazing hiking trails along Lazy Mountain and checked out the local wildlife at the Reindeer Farm. The area offers a nice self-guided walking tour through the park, making it easy to visit the library and local shops. Beds were comfy, and the place had all the essentials for a great stay.

The check-in process wasn't the smoothest, having to go a couple of blocks away and not being greeted warmly. The room could use a small desk, as the ledge was too high to work comfortably.

I really enjoyed the beautiful old decor and the peaceful atmosphere while being just a few steps from the Colony House Museum and the Shame Lamb Gallery, making it easy to dive into Palmer's rich history and artistry at a relaxed pace.

I had a magical stay! The Queen room was spacious, clean, and had that good vintage vibe that makes you feel right at home. And let me tell you, the delicious food at the cozy café was a hidden gem! 🌟

We really enjoyed our time here, especially the cozy, thoughtfully decorated room and the tasty breakfast options that started our days off right. It was nice that we could unwind in the hot tub after a long day of exploring and also grab a quick coffee in the lobby. The only downside was that the outdoor stairs were a bit tricky to navigate but nothing too major, just be cautious on your way out. 😊
